MINT Bar; A modern espresso and pizzeria in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park.

 

I was fortunate enough to work underneath head designer Jasmine Papalia at MINOCCO Concepts in the initial concept and construction development stages of this project; working in correlation with Juicy Design on the full drawing package. We then worked exclusively at MINOCCO in the finishes, specifications, scheduling and final styling stages of the project, giving me an insight into the full design process of a hospitality site.
